Dog trainers by trade, Hayley and Yennifer became fast friends over a decade ago, bonding over their shared passion for animal behavior. They met in 2014 and have worked together ever since. When Hayley founded Revival Dog Training in 2021, Yennifer followed shortly after and soon began her own investment in the company.
Together, they’ve grown the practice to eighteen team members across four locations: The Heights and West University in Houston, North Houston in Spring, and the East Village in Manhattan.
Operations Manager
Mallory Moya OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mallory, an Austin native, moved to Houston in 2016 to attend the University of Houston. While pursuing a bachelor’s in biology, she began working at Houston Pets Alive, where she discovered a passion for canine behavior and finding dogs their forever homes. Her years in shelter work, daycare, and boarding management gave her a deep grounding in behavior, care, and business operations. She is committed to continued learning, often spending her free time researching alongside friends and colleagues.
General Manager
Richard Sharp GENERAL MANAGER
Richard graduated from the University of Texas in 2016 with a degree in Rhetoric and Writing, then taught high school English in Houston for six years before transitioning to teaching guitar at a local music school — where he eventually moved into program and business management. At Revival, Richard uses those same skills to help the company grow. Off the clock, he’s playing with his three dogs (Daisy, Mr. B, and Noodles) or playing guitar with his band, Businessman.
Facilities Manager
Nicholas Sebree Born in San Dimas, California and raised in Magnolia, Texas, Nicholas has lived with and cared for animals his entire life. With more than 15 years of hands-on animal care experience — including three years as a vet technician and six years in adoption — he brings deep expertise to every corner of the facility. His background spans dogs and a wide range of exotics, giving him a well-rounded understanding of behavior, health, and handling.
Training Manager
Bennett Sharp TRAINING MANAGER
Bennett’s lifelong passions — music and animals — have shaped his journey as a dog trainer. Under the mentorship of a seasoned professional in San Diego, he spent six years honing his craft before returning home to Houston, where he now helps owners build deeper, more trusting bonds with their dogs. His approach emphasizes clear communication, consistency, and empathy.
Boarding
Danielle Martin BOARDING
Danielle thrives on the energy and challenge of competitive training, but her true passion lies in working with timid and shy dogs. She finds deep fulfillment in helping fearful pups learn to trust, grow, and gain confidence in themselves and the world around them. Her calm, compassionate approach creates a safe space for dogs to flourish.
Trainer
Ellie Villareal TRAINER
Ellie’s journey into dog training began at home with her five spirited Corgis, who sparked a deep passion for canine behavior and communication. Now a professional trainer with two years of experience, she works primarily in Revival’s Day Training Program, where she supports a wide range of behavioral goals with patience and positivity.

Day Car
Milik Parrish DAY CARE
A native Houstonian, Milik has spent over a decade mastering the art of dog handling. He began as a kennel technician and expanded his expertise through roles as a canine nutritionist, adoption counselor, daycare supervisor, and client liaison. Known for his professionalism and lighthearted spirit, he continues to make a lasting impact on Houston’s pet community.
Trainer
Lindsay Kahl TRAINER
Lindsay, a recipient of the CPDT-KA certification through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, recently took over managing our newest location in The Woodlands. She has worked for Revival as a Day Trainer, Group Class Instructor, and Private Lesson Instructor, training dogs and their humans across behaviors from basic obedience to reactivity. Originally from Chicago, she enjoys spending time with her dog Spatterdash, reading, and painting.
Trainer
Gracey Soriano TRAINER
Gracey has supported dogs and their humans for over 10 years, dedicating the past six exclusively to training. While her expertise spans all areas, she has a particular talent for early puppyhood development — guiding young puppies through crate training, potty training, and socialization. Off the clock, you’ll find her surrounded by houseplants or being happily bossed around by her newly adopted Great Dane, Coal.
Trainer
Hannah Barnes TRAINER
Hannah’s passion for animals started early, inspired by the two labs she grew up with. With over six years of professional training experience, she takes special interest in working with dogs who struggle with fear and phobias — helping them grow in confidence at their own pace. She currently trains across all departments at our East Village location.
Three commitments every Revival trainer makes — before, during, and throughout their career here.
Every Revival trainer earns the CPDT-KA before working independently. The Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers’ knowledge-assessed credential is the field’s most widely recognized standard, and we hold it because the work demands it.
New trainers shadow lead trainers for months before they ever take a case. They observe, assist, and gradually run sessions under supervision until they’re trusted to work solo with your dog.
Every year, every trainer logs continuing education hours — APDT conferences, behavior modification workshops, ongoing reading. The field doesn’t stand still. Neither do we.
Real sessions. Real dogs. Real protocols. No staging.
Real reviews. Trainers mentioned by name.
We have had a wonderful experience with Revival’s West U team. We took our Mini Dachshund puppy for training classes and some day care. They make the process super easy and they really did listen to us when we shared areas we were struggling with. Their trainers are great.

The training my young dog gets here is phenomenal. The videos they send show me how to be consistent with how I manage my dog’s behavior, so we’re all on the same page. They patiently answer every question. I highly recommend Revival.
