Revival Dog Training provides:

• Private dog training sessions
• Academic daycare programs
• Group classes and enrichment services
• Educational content via our website and social media

Services are available in New York and Texas, and may vary by location. Availability is subject to scheduling and trainer capacity.

Payments & Cancellations

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited fees.

Scheduling & Attendance

Clients are responsible for arriving on time. If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to weather, safety, or trainer availability.

Dog Behavior & Safety

All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and in good health. Aggressive behavior must be disclosed prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog poses a safety risk to staff, other dogs, or clients.

Website Use

By using revivaldogtraining.com, you agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or modify content without permission
• Use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with site functionality

SMS Terms and Conditions

If you have opted in to receive SMS messages from Revival Dog Training, you agree to these Terms and Conditions:

SMS Messaging Service

By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages fromRevival Dog Training for appointment reminders, marketing messages, and general two-way communication about dog training and pet care, and I understand that message and data rates may reply based on my mobile carrier’s terms.

Message Frequency

I understand I will get more than one message from Revival Dog Training unless I opt-out, and while messaging frequency varies, I will likely receive up to 4 messages per month. Revival Dog Training reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time – to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Revival Dog Training and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Privacy Policy

Revival Dog Training will handle my information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Cancellation/Opt-Out Instructions

I can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message I am sent from Revival Dog Training; after opting out, will receive one additional message confirming that the request has been processed.

Liability

Revival Dog Training is not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery or undeliveretermsd messages caused by my carrier or third-party service providers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of both New York State and Texas, depending on the location where services are rendered. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in either New York County, NY or Harris County, TX, as applicable.
